Private Tutoring

We offer individual and group tutoring in Seattle and Bellevue for a wide range of subjects including math, sciences, history and several languages. We tutor for the SAT, ACT, LSAT, GMAT, GRE, ISEE and a number of SAT II subject tests and we also offer admissions consulting and assistance with personal statements. If you are interested in private tutoring for two or more students in any subject please see the price list below and contact us by email or phone with your requirements.

If you are preparing for a standardized test, we recommend beginning your tutoring with a free diagnostic test. This is a full length past exam paper which helps us assess your test taking ability. From these results we will be able to recommend a suitable number of hours and customize the tutoring specifically to your needs. Individual Tutoring

Group Tutoring

All tutoring fees must be paid in advance or at the time of the appointment. If you cannot make a payment please let us know and we will arrange an alternative payment scheme for you.

1 student: $65/hour

Tutoring fees must be paid in advance.

Students with similar preparation needs can be tutored together for some or all of their sessions.

2 students: $55/hour ea.

3 students: $50/hour ea.

4 + students: please call for pricing.

Practice Tests

Practice tests are an essential part of every student's preparation, helping them to implement test taking strategies learned in their lessons. GRE & GMAT students should expect to take at least 5 practice tests between the end of tutoring and the exam. If you expect to take more that that, you should consider the 'Unlimited Tests' option below.

Test fees may be paid via check or cash at the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unavoidable circumstances will mean that you need to cancel your appointment with us, but we do ask that you try to give us 24 hours notice. Cancellations within a 24 hour period and up to an hour before your appointment start time will result in a $25 fee. Cancellations made within an hour of the appointment and those considered to be a 'No Show' will be charged at the full tutoring rate. Thank you for your understanding.

Registration & Payment for Individual Tutoring

1. Contact us to discuss your requirements and be prepared to give us your latest test scores.
2. If you have not already taken the test for which you are preparing, make an appointment to come in to our office and take a free diagnostic test.
3. We will recommend a number of hours of tutoring based on your past test or diagnostic test results.
4. Arrange your appointments with us via phone or email.
5. Make sure you fill out a class registration form and make payments in advance.
6. To make a payment, visit our payment page or bring a check or cash to your session.
