ACT Preparation

We've been helping students achieve their ACT score goals and get into the college of their choice for over 15 years and pride ourselves in offering expert, personalized instruction and small class sizes. Because we understand that everyone's needs and schedules are different, we offer several ACT preparation options which can be taken in any combination to suit your personal requirements. Based on our assessment of your current ACT test taking ability, you will only take and pay for the classroom lessons or ACT private tutoring that you actually need, saving you time and money. All services are offered in both Seattle and Bellevue.
Preparation Options
- Tutoring: Individual, Joint, and Small Group - (read more here) Tutor with a friend or friends for the ACT! Do you have a couple of friends that need to prep? We can customize a class for your group! When you tutor with us you will always work with an experienced instructor, focus on your problem areas and get personal guidance in formulating a 'game plan' for test day.
- Strategy Lessons (see schedule below) - four 2.5- or five 2-hour lessons covering ACT test taking strategies for tackling verbal, math, and science questions. Courses are offered in both Seattle and Bellevue. You may take only the Verbal portion or the Math/Science portion. Includes a one-time free repeat of each lesson.
- Math Refresher Lessons (take a look at the schedule) - for students who need fundamental math review. Three lessons that cover arithmetic, algebra, and geometry. Each lesson is offered once a month in Seattle and in Bellevue. Take only the lessons you need and repeat any lesson one-time for free.
- Study Hall - an hour long, drop in study session session with an experienced instructor held once a week in Seattle and in Bellevue. A great opportunity to review homework or do some ACT revision in a quiet setting. Study Hall is included with your enrollment fee. ACT Study Halls will take place Tuesdays from 6pm to 7pm in Bellevue and Wednesdays from 6pm to 7pm in Seattle.
- Practice Exams - full length actual ACT exam papers taken in Seattle or Bellevue. This is an essential step in applying approaches learned in the strategy sessions and is the best form of preparation in the weeks leading up to your exam. Included in your enrollment fee is full use of our extensive library of practice tests.

Before you sign up for any of these sessions, we need to establish your ACT test taking needs. Schedule a free diagnostic test with us today, or contact us with your previous ACT exam scores. We will be able to assess your preparation needs and help you formulate an ACT preparation schedule to suit your needs, schedule and budget.

Total Due for Strategy Lessons $525 ($125 enrollment fee and $400 for Strategy Lessons)
*note: The price of ACT S and T will be $325 plus the enrollment fee.
Math Refresher Lessons :
$200 for all three lessons or $90- Arithmetic (3 hours) $60-Algebra (2 hours) $60-Geometry (2 hours)
Practice test price includes grading & analysis.
1 student: $70/hour
2 Students: $55/hour ea.
3 Students: $40/hour ea.
4 + students: please call for pricing.
Tutoring fees must be paid in advance.
